Italien (nur Apulien; nicht in Sizilien!), Griechenland (nördliche und südliche Pindos-Region, südliche Mitte (Sterea Ellas), Peloponnes, Korfu, Kykladen sowie westliche und östliche Ägäis) und Türkei (Südwest-Anatolien)

Krautige Phrygana, Gebüsch, Magerrasen, Olivenhaine, extensives Kulturland, Brachland und lichte Kiefenwälder; in vollem Licht bis Halbschatten auf trockenen bis frischen, basischen bis leicht sauren Böden; in 750 m Höhe (unser Fundort lag in 746 m Höhe)
